TERMS OF SERVICE

Boon — Effective Date: June 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Boon (the "Service"), a WhatsApp-based e-commerce assistant operated by DEVELOFT SA DE CV ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

 

2. Description of Service

Boon is a conversational commerce assistant that allows users to browse, search, and purchase stationery and office products through WhatsApp. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process and respond to user messages and to facilitate order placement.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Boon, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

 

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) send spam or unsolicited messages; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) engage in any unlawful activity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

 

5. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through Boon are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed through secure third-party providers. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

6. WhatsApp Platform

The Service operates via WhatsApp, which is owned and operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided through the Service are the property of DEVELOFT SA DE CV or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DEVELOFT SA DE CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
